All training courses must be paid 2 weeks prior to the course start date. Invoices will be emailed to the billing email address provided during registration 30-45 days prior to the course start date. Course registration may be canceled if no payment is received by the 2 week deadline. No refunds or credits will be given within 2 weeks of the course start date. No refunds or credits due to weather conditions. If the student’s job includes snow removal, please make other arrangements so the student can remain in class and be present for the exam. Any missed class time will reduce the student’s ability to pass the exam.
