Thank you

It has been our pleasure serving Denver & Colorado Since 1989

To our loyal customers,

We were saddened to learn of the surprise passage of House Bill 24-1344.  Due to the changes made in the bill, we are unable continue to test backflow assemblies on plumbing systems as of July 1, 2024.   You will need to reach out to a certified backflow tester who is also a licensed plumber for this service moving forward.

We are aware that some water districts are telling their customers that it is “business as usual” as the Plumbing Board and others seek to “clarify the intent” of the bill.  But there have been no changes to the wording of the law and we are not willing to break the law by continuing to test backflow preventers.

You may see the signed bill here (specifically section 18):  https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/hb24-1344
